Donations can be dropped off in the Narthex at any time before September 11.

Food Drive:  During the 2021-22 school year, Plano ISD recorded their largest number of unhoused students. Given the current situation, this number will only go up.  The Welcome & Enrollment Center now houses The Caring Place to satisfy immediate needs for food and clothing. Between now and September 11, we will be collecting items for this new service for PISD families:  peanut butter, canned soup / beans / meats, rice and dry beans; new shoes sizes 10T – adult 11.

Fleece:  for pet beds

Plastic Bags:  shopping bags only!  Any other plastic film such as bread bags, bubble wrap / air pillows, cereal liners, newspaper bags, etc. should be recycled at stores with collections, such as those that support Trex or at other retailers.

Give of your Time

Sign up to reserve your spot for a project but check back often as new projects are added!

Litter Cleanup: Litter never ends, and our grounds and surrounding streets have plenty to offer. We’ll have supplies on hand for this 8am project.

Pet Beds:  Easy no-sew project to support the animal shelter.  Project leader:  Sallie Diamond

Christmas Ornaments:  Support our crafty Cover Girls by making ornaments to sell at their annual Christmas sale.  Project leader:  Marilyn Neer & the Cover Girls

Make Plarn:  We will prepare the plastic bags that we collect so volunteers at the Assistance League of Greater Collin County can then crochet mats for the homeless.  Here is one example of how they are made.  Project leader:  Beth Smith

Postcarding:  People with good handwriting can participate in postcarding for Reclaim Our Vote, a non-partisan outreach campaign to contact under-represented voters of color who may have been de-registered but could be unaware of it.  Please watch this video before signing up as there are strict guidelines.
