You know you’re a Lutheran if potlucks are your favorite indoor sport.  Our edible Olympics are about to begin!

We invite everyone to participate in the traditional church potluck in the Celebration Center after worship on the second Sunday of the summer months (1^st Sunday in September).  These feats of feasts are generally followed by a program or activity.  Come for food, fellowship, and fun!

•          July 13:  Stay for trivia hosted by the mighty mother/daughter duo of Beth & Kim. Participate on intergenerational teams for fabulous (?) prizes or sit back and enjoy the show.  

•          August 10:  We’re having a  baby shower to support Plano ISD’s School-Age Parent Program. !  Don’t worry – this will be fun, silly, suitable for all ages, and even enjoyable for the dudes!  Support this valuable program by donating these gifts:
  •          Diapers - you’ll get a raffle ticket for every box/package you donate.
  •          Other needs - sensitive baby wipes, baby mittens, and baby socks (easy mitten pattern if you need a craft project).
  •          Baby shower decorations to borrow. (And if anyone really likes decorating, we’ll accept the help!)

•          September 7:  The tradition continues on “God’s work. Our hands.” Sunday with an assortment of service projects following the biggest potluck of the year.
